Notice of Annual Meeting & Election

Notice is given that the Lake Forest Lot Owners Association, Inc. Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 7 p.m. at the Lake Forest Golf Club clubhouse and via this Zoom link. The golf club is located at 3110 W. Ellsworth Road.

At this meeting, the board and committees will discuss the association's general business, recap the year, and answer questions. We will also announce the results of our online board election.

All homeowners are welcome to attend the annual meeting. Each attendee will receive a ticket for one free drink from the bar — your choice of a cocktail, draft beer, or soft drink. 

As in past years, we are using ElectionBuddy, an independent election management service, to run our online board election. ElectionBuddy handles the tabulation of votes and provides the association with certified results. All votes are confidential; no one on the board knows how any homeowner votes in the election. 

On October 10, ElectionBuddy will email members in good standing a secure link to our online voting site. Each lot is entitled to one vote, so only one person per household will receive a link. If you don't see an invitation to vote in your inbox, it may have been sent to your spouse or partner instead.

To help reduce the chance that your invitation to vote is sent to your spam/junk folder, please consider adding the email address invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com to your contacts or safe sender list.

Online voting will close at 7 p.m. on November 3.
